Notes: fasted for about 16h and then had a monster but I didn't consider that I broke my fast so total of today was 19h. I had to eat a little bit at dinner otherwise my best friend would kill me. Got a piece of cake but didn't really eat it just nibbled on the toppings. Also my friend gave me some Japanese peanuts (which I love!!) so I had them after dinner. So gooooood! Now I started a 24h fast till tomorrow :3

my october rules 🎃🍂🕸️ (plus thinspo!)
diet and exercise 🕷️
- omad on weekdays // omad on weekends if possible (i live with family and i’m trying to go under the radar as much as i possibly can so i’ll have to at least make it look like im eating more, but i may just have to eat twice a day)
- 400 calories max on weekdays // 600 max on weekends
- limit sugar, dairy, and gluten
- DRINK SOME FUCKIN WATER 😭
- pilates at least 5 days a week // some form of cardio everyday
- all extra calories must be burnt.
lifestyle 🦇
- focus on hygiene and rebuilding that routine (im horrible ab neglecting myself when im depressed)
- use free time wisely. whether it be studying, arts and crafts, playing an instrument, etc. things that will benefit me more than my ungodly amount of screen time lmao
- don’t self isolate, it’s going to make you more depressed and more prone to overeating. seeing people can also be a good distraction!
- meditate and/or journal every morning. practice gratitude 🩶

Notes: didn't feel hungry at all today. Lied to everyone saying that I ate lunch and they believed me lol. Almost 30 hours into this fast... Will try to keep it up tomorrow but with no goals. Let's just see where the wind blows or wtv. This has been fun
